A famous Judgement given by Hon'ble Justice of High court Andhra Pradesh in favour of an employee of SBI removed from service stating that his father has having links with Maoists is unconstitutional under Article 19. And Hon'ble Judge has ordered to take him back to duty and and treat the period withj all service benifits due to him. this is land mark Judgement. In courts History.
